I was raised in this small mountain town, a place that shaped who I am and continues to ground my work today. After a number of years away furthering my education and gaining a wide array of professional experience, Pagosa called me back—and caring for the women in the community was a big part of that call.

 

I’ve been a nurse for over 15 years, with the past 9 years spent as an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in women’s health and nurse midwifery. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women through some of the most transformative seasons of their lives, building a deep respect for the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes we experience over time.

 

In addition to my clinical work, I coach middle school and high school female athletes. Working with young women at such formative stages has reinforced my belief in the importance of feeling confident, resilient, and strong—both inside and out—at every age.

 

My goal in creating this aesthetics and wellness practice is simple but deeply meaningful: to help women find themselves again. Whether that means restoring confidence, addressing intimate or hormonal concerns, or supporting overall vitality. My approach is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based care. I offer aesthetic treatments, sexual health services, and regenerative medicine with the understanding that true wellness isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you feel like yourself.

 

Every woman’s journey is different, and my role is to listen, guide, and provide care that honors your goals, your health, and your story.
