Altura Aesthetics was created with intention, inspired by the high-altitude beauty of Southwestern Colorado and the belief that confidence grows when we feel our best. Altura means “elevation” in Spanish — a reflection of both our mountain surroundings and our mission to help elevate confidence, health, and overall wellness. We are passionate about supporting men and women at every stage of life, offering thoughtful, personalized care that enhances natural beauty while honoring individuality.
Our Story
Altura Aesthetics is a women-owned practice founded by Pagosa Springs natives Ashley and Michelle— licensed medical providers, mothers, and dedicated members of the local healthcare community. Rooted in the place we call home, Altura was created with a deep love for our community and a desire to serve it in an intentional way with commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care.

The practice was built with a shared vision: to create more balance between family, career, and community while offering services we are deeply passionate about. Altura allows us to invest not only in our clients, but also in the things that matter most to us — family, coaching, volunteering, and giving back to the community we proudly call home.
