Cancellation Policy

We require a nonrefundable deposit to book every appointment. This reserves the time for your appointment ensuring we have an esthetician available for the treatment selected. Rescheduling is allowed if we are given 48 hours notice. Clients will forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with less than 48 hour notice.
